Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared for shipping. For Made to Order garments please allow 2 weeks for your order to be crafted before being shipped. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package is on its way. 
  • FREE LOCAL PICK UP: If you would like to collect your order in person, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be ready for pick up. For Made to Order garments please allow 2 weeks for your order to be crafted before it is ready to be picked up. You will receive an Email as soon as your order is ready to be collected. 

Shipping Rates

  • Australia: $10 for standard shipping, $15 for express shipping, free shipping for orders over 250$
  • FREE LOCAL PICK UP: Palm Beach, Goldcoast 

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the postal service. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please reach out, and I will do my best to assist you. However, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Sustainable Packaging

  • Your order will be shipped in more sustainable packaging to align with our commitment to sustainability.

Returns Policy

All sales are final. As each item is handmade using upcycled materials, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you check all product details and sizing before making a purchase.

Inspect Your Order Upon Arrival

  • Upon receiving your order, please inspect your item immediately.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact me within 2 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. I will do my best to resolve any concerns.

Since each piece is made with care and unique materials, slight variations and imperfections are part of the charm of upcycled fashion and are not considered defects.
